Michele O’Shea has been studying Personal Growth and Development since the age of fifteen. She came across a book by Wayne Dyer entitled The Sky is the Limit that ignited a passion that lives on today through her lifes work as a Professional Life Coach.
Michele is a graduate of Fordham University and Coach University. She is committed to being a life-long learner who will forever be engaged in a blend of independent and formalized learning as part of her Personal and Professional development.
Michele is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the New Jersey Professional Coaches Association and International Association of Coaching.
Michele has a private practice in which she offers one-on-one coaching to adult women, adolescent boys and girls (ages 13 to 18) and college age men and women (ages 18 to 22). Additional services include the Personal Foundation Program offered to women and the Leadership Within Program offered to girls in Middle School and High School.
Michele and her husband recently celebrated their twentieth wedding anniversary. She deeply cherishes her three sons and daughter. She enjoys reading, learning, travelling, physical fitness, tennis, skiing and spending time in nature.

KRI ( Kundalini Research Institute) Level I International Teacher Training September 2012--April 2013
Certification as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher will be granted upon graduation of this 220 hour course. In addition, this program fulfills the Yoga Alliance's 220 hour national standard for a Registered Yoga Teacher.
